Introducing the Aspora Public Product Roadmap
Here's What It Means for You
Three years ago, Aspora started with a single, stubborn belief: that Indians living abroad deserved better than the clunky, expensive, opaque experience of sending money home.
We built. You used it. You told us what worked and what could be better. And slowly, something bigger than a money transfer app began to take shape.
Every feature we've shipped has been shaped as much by your feedback as by our internal roadmap. Every product decision has been informed by your questions, your ideas, and your trust in what we're building together. That relationship — between Aspora and the NRI community — is the most important thing we have.
And now, we want to bring you even closer to the journey.
What is the Aspora Public Product Roadmap?
The public roadmap is a live, openly accessible view of everything we're working on — what's coming, what's being built right now, and what we've already shipped.
It is organised into four columns:
So, Why Are We Doing This?
Transparency is something we've always valued internally. Our team works in the open — sharing what we're building, what we're prioritising, and why. It made sense to extend that to the people who matter most: our community.
We also want to build better. We believe that the best products are built with users, not just for them. Opening up the roadmap means your ideas and priorities can directly influence what we work on next. If something is missing that would make a real difference to your financial life across borders — we want to know.
Does The Roadmap Show Everything?
Not everything. Some work — infrastructure improvements, security upgrades, compliance work — happens in the background and doesn't appear as a named feature. We've kept the roadmap focused on what directly impacts your experience as an Aspora user.
The roadmap is a living document. We'll update it regularly as things move forward, get shipped, or change.
This is Part of Something Bigger
The public roadmap is the first of several community initiatives we're launching this year. Alongside it, we're publishing a newsletter dedicated to the most relevant personal finance insights for NRIs — and bringing the community together in-person through events in London and Dubai.
We're still early in this journey. But we're committed to building Aspora in the open, with your voice and your trust at the centre of everything we do.
This is what building in the open looks like for us.
One Last Thing
We're still early. There's a lot left to build, and we want to do every bit of it with your input, your ideas, and your trust at the centre of it all.
The roadmap is live. Go explore it. And if there's something you think we should be building that isn't on there yet — tell us. That's what the ideas column is for. You can submit them here too: Share your ideas here.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the Aspora Public Product Roadmap?

Yes — that's exactly what the Your Ideas column is for. You can submit your idea directly through the roadmap or via this form: https://form.typeform.com/to/cQ6W77Rf. Every submission is reviewed by our team. Not every idea will make it to the product, but every idea is seen.

Not everything. A lot of important work — infrastructure upgrades, security improvements, compliance work — happens in the background and doesn't appear as a named feature. The roadmap is focused on what directly impacts your experience as an Aspora user.
